mailbox bug


hello very good friends of the forum and team of argus wow, something has happened to me with the mailbox I have sent a character from my own account the relics to have equipment to play comfortable happens the following I send my email verified name and everything is correct
mail arrives in my other character's mailbox but arrives with a blizzard message saying this: this item (s) have problems with equipping / storing in inventory


They told me to send a message to the Game Master in the game but I really had no idea how to do it
Question can I recover my relics that are improved or just lost the relics? And all the gold invested?
or it can be solved thank you very much I hope some GM can help me <3

Hello! What kind of items were sent? Write a link to them from Wowhead.com?
